Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for the Neo Site Solutions Referral Program.

Neo Site Solutions reserves the right to change this program at any time, and without notice.

BY FILLING OUT THIS FORM, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PROGRAM. 

This program is offered conditionally based on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices herein. 

1. ACCEPTANCE/DENIAL OF REFERRAL Within 5 business days of the receipt of your referral, Neo Site Solutions will do one of the following:

Notify you, the referring party, that Neo Site is interested in pursuing the referral,

Notify you, the referring party, that Neo Site is not interested in pursuing the referral,

Notify you, the referring party, that Neo Site has a pre-existing relationship with the prospect and therefore no referral fee shall be paid.

2. REFERRAL PAYMENTS AND POLICIES
Referrals will be valid for six months from the date a referral is received by Neo Site. If the referred prospect signs a Neo Site contract within the six month period, a referral payment will be sent to you, the referring party. There will be no payment for contracts signed beyond the six month referral term.

Payments will be made on the condition that there is one year contract term signed.

Payment will be made after one full month's service - from "Effective Date" on the customer contract.
